*3:00 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a business in the 1000 block of W. Commerce regarding harassment. According to the report, a suspect was located and told to cease the harassment.
*4:00 AM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Brady Avenue regarding an assault. According to the report, the assault occurred in the 2100 block of Brady Avenue. Investigation revealed that the assault was possibly retaliation for an earlier incident reported by the victim, and possible suspects were identified, the report states.
*8:13 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of Depot and Main Streets. According to the report, the driver of the vehicle was found to be operating it with an expired Texas driver’s license. As a result, the driver identified as Brittany Richardson was arrested for the offense of driving while license invalid with prior convictions and no liability insurance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Trevor Norman on a warrant.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Stephanie Rena Phillips on warrants related to failure to appear/driving while license invalid, failure to appear/theft, theft by check, no seat belt – driver, two counts of driving while license invalid, speeding 10% or more (46 in a 35 mph zone), and ran stop sign.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft of copper which occurred at a property on Coppic Road. According to the report, a possible suspect has been named.
