Funeral Services for Lamona Gale Ratliff, age 65, of Early, Texas will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the Heartland Funeral Home in Early. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Park. She passed away Friday, November 15, 2014 in the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas with her loving husband by her side.
Lamona Gale was born on July 11, 1949 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Don and Julia Hendricks. She was originally from Pampa, Texas and had lived in Early for the past ten years. On October 21, 1996 she married the love of her life, Charlie Ratliff in Glen Rose. Lamona had worked for Brownwood Regional Medical Center as a Financial Counselor and enjoyed all sports.
Survivors include her husband Charlie Ratliff of Early; three children Dion Young and husband Freddie of Dumas, Texas, Chad Ratliff of Magnolia, Texas and Leigh Ann McFadden of Stephenville, Texas; seven grandchildren Nicole Welch, Jaylon Welch, Colton Ratliff, Codi Ann Ratliff, Cort McFadden, Dillon Young and Cody Young; two great grandchildren Bristol Buzzard and Barron Welch; her parents Don and Julia Hendricks of Pampa, two brothers Roy Don Hendricks of Pampa and Bobby Hendricks of Pampa; one sister Gay Whitehead of Pampa and by numerous nieces and nephews.Friends are invited to sign the guestbook at www.heartlandfuneralhome.net
