Lake Brownwood Community Developmemt Council had their monthly meeting last evening and voted in their officers for 2010-11 term. The President is Gary Twiford-Coldwell Banker Real Estate; Vice President-Don Benedict- retired, Big Sisters Big Brothers Board; Treasurer- Ruth Sparks-retired; Secretary Patta Blake- retired, CASA.
The group has over 100 members throughout the Lake area; Brown County and West Texas. They will have a fundraiser for MARCH 2, 2010 from 11;00AM TO 7:00PM ‘BRISKET WRAP, CHIPS & DRINK. It is election day and there will be a lot of citizens going to and fro. LBCDC wants them to stop for lunch or dinner– at the Lake Brownwood First United Methodist Church parking lot at 5751 Hwy 279. LOOK FOR THE BIG COOKER & SMOKE!
