For the Second year Courtney Munson wins the San Angelo Girls Golf Tournament which was played at Riverside Hills Golf Course. Courtney got first place shooting a personal best of 80 last Tuesday in San Angelo. Kinsey Colegrove was 2nd medalist also shooting a personal best of 84. Makenlee Moore and Macie Maxfield were tied for 4th with 90’s. Morgan McNabb shot 106.
“Our first tournament was in Lampasas where we got third,” said Coach Laura Martin. “San Angelo was a big day a little windy but nice. I am so proud of the girls. I am looking forward to spring golf!”
Nine schools competed in the tournament.
Results were as follows:
- 1st- Brownwood-344
- 2nd-Central-386
- 3rd-Snyder-400
3rd place medalist Lauren Barron- 88- Central.
