Brownwood High School Lady Lions golf team played in a tournament at the Lady Bird Golf Course in Fredericksburg on Tuesday.
Medals were given through 6th place. Sydney Roberts shot 79 and was tied for 5th place with three other girls. Three holes later Smithson Valley made par on the last hole to win the playoff and Roberts took 6th place.
The top four medalist shot 73, 75, 77, and 78 according to Brownwood High School Head Golf Coach Laura Martin.
The Lady Lions had one of their best team scores with a 382. Audrey McKillip had her best round with a 97, Krista Fragua shot 102 and Jessica Barrera shot 104. Other Lady Lion Sierra Mendez and Kylee McCoy each shot a 131.

Fredericksburg and Clark had to playoff for Second place.
The Lady Lions’ next tournaments are District. First they will play in Lampasas then Burnet.
