Brownwood High School’s Lady Lion Golf Team participated in the Burnet Invitational golf tournament Monday, March 18th.
The tournament was held at the Delaware Springs Golf Course. According to Head Girls Golf Coach Laura Martin, it was a beautiful day for golf.
The Lady Lions competed in this very large tournament with many 3A, 4A and 5A teams.
Gatesville won first place as a team and earned the top three medalist places. The Lady Lions finished 13th shooting a 419. BHS Freshman Sydney Roberts was tied for ninth shooting an 83 out of 111 girls.Brownwood Lady Lions Golf Team Scores were as follows:
