The 1st Annual Brownwood “Turkey Trot” benefiting the Brown County United Way will be hosted by Kohler Stewardship at 7:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, November 28th at Festival Park in Brownwood.
Kohler employees invite the public to join in this festive 5K run or 1.5 m walk. Organizers encourage everyone to bring the whole family, as runners and walkers of all fitness levels can enjoy the fun. Door prizes and awards will be presented on race day.
Registration fees are $25 for 18 & over and $15 for 17 & under. Entries received by November 14th will receive an event t-shirt. Registration will be from 6:30 a.m. until 7:15 a.m. on race day with the race starting at 7:30 a.m.
Age Divisions will be as follows in both male and female categories: 5 & under, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-20, 21-25, 26-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 & over.
