KohlerDonationFireSPWeek2014

Kohler Company’s Stewardship program recently made a donation of $1,000 to the National Fire Safety Council in conjunction with the Brownwood Fire Marshal’s office for materials for fire safety and prevention week.

With the donation made, Fire Marshal Buddy Preston plans to buy items such as plastic firemen’s helmets, badges, pencils, and coloring books to help the children of Brown County understand the importance of fire safety and prevention.

Kohler makes the donation through their Stewardship program, through which employees demonstrate teamwork and making a positive impact both within the company and throughout the local community.  According to Kohler Company, they are driven by a mission of stewardship working together to give and take action, delivering on what they believe in and taking measurable strides for the greater good.
