Memorial Services for Kathleen Rogers, age 62, of Zephyr, Texas will be held Saturday October 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Brown County with The Reverend Cannon Nelson Koscheski and The Reverend Patricia Banks officiating, she passed away Thursday October 20, 2011 at her home in Zephyr, Texas. Kathleen was born on July 31, 1949 in San Diego, California to Jay and Nonnie Louise (Dodge) Sullivan.
She married Robert Rogers on May 18, 1996 in Woodland Parks, Colorado; she was a loving wife and also loved her dogs greatly, Kathleen enjoyed horseback riding and caring for her pets. She was also a teacher for several years.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Robert Rogers of Zephyr; her parents; Jay Sullivan of Cornado, CA and Nonnie Barbey of LaJoya, CA; a brother; John Sullivan of San Diego, CA; a sister; Laurel Korholtz of Princeton, NJ; 2 step-daughters; Nikki Rogers and husband Cody of Zephyr and Janie Rogers of Albuquerque, NM; 7 grandchildren; and 1 aunt, Betty Ortlibe of Oceanside, CA.
