Judge Stephen Ellis of the 35th District Court announces that jurors who were to report for jury duty in the 35th District Courtroom on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. do not need to appear.
The court is expected to continue hearing the jury trial of Matthew Navarro, involving allegations of capital murder, which is currently in session.
