Brownwood News –  According to a news release from the Jon Francis campaign, on Thursday, Cisco small businessman and candidate for Texas House District 60 Jon Francis received the public endorsement of Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller.

“Jon Francis is a committed conservative who will fight for the rural values of District 60. As a lawmaker who has personally made standing up for the sanctity of life the top priority of my career, I appreciate just how dedicated Jon is to protecting the unborn,” said Miller. “As a Trump Republican, I am excited about how committed Jon is to not backing down from the socialists who are trying to change our state. I’m encouraging farmers, ranchers and Republicans across District 60 to support Jon Francis.”

Texas House District 60 is comprised of Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Eastland, Hood, Palo Pinto, Shackelford, and Stephens counties. The Republican Party Primary Election for the seat will be held March 3, 2020.
