Lake Brownwood Community Development Council will have their first quarterly meeting of the new fiscal year 2013-2014 on Monday, November 4 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Flagship Inn, located at 8875 Hwy 279. John Holland, Superintendent of Lake Brownwood State Park, will speak and show a powerpoint about amenities and activities of interest to all residents across the county.
The Board of L.B.C.D.C. is trying to make a difference at the Lake with ribbon cuttings, business of the quarter, clean up Hwy 279 for TX DOT’s highway program, a monthly recycle program and more.
The public is invited to meet the council’s newly elected officers and to consider joining the membership of L.B.C.D.C.During the meeting, there will be refreshments along with a question and answer time after the presentation.
