Joe Dan Kizziar passed away Sunday August 8, 2010 at his home in Bangs. He was born October 16, 1971 in Clovis, NM to Gray and Elizabeth Kizziar. Joe worked as a computer technician and a tattoo artist. He moved to Bangs, Texas in 2008 from Quanah, Texas.
Joe is survived by his mother Elizabeth Kizziar of Abilene, Texas, a brother Danny W. Minshew, Aunt Joyce M. Minshew, Uncle W. Curtis Minshew, Aunt Darlene E. Minshew. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncles.
