Jeff was very much into sports playing football, basketball, baseball, and track. At his graduation from Early High School, Jeff was awarded the Jimmy Smith Trophy for basketball. Later, he did saddle bronc riding and at one time he even thought of trying bull riding. Jeff and a friend went to the arena to check the bulls out and after getting into position over the bull, changed their mind and left the riding chute very quickly. Jeff was employed by the City of Early in the Parks Department and greatly enjoyed taking care of the grounds. Jeff enjoyed his free time spending time with his many nieces and nephews, watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. He was a Baptist, a staunch Republican and was very happy with the latest election results.

Jeff is survived by his parents, Truman and Geneva Millhollon; sisters, Selina Faries and spouse Glenn and Billie Ledsome and spouse Gerald; nephews, Travis Faries, John and Brian Gudramovics; nieces, Ashlee Faries and Kristin Gudramovics; great-nephew, Shawn; great-nieces, Zoey, Avery and Ryleigh; uncle, Roland Millhollon; and several cousins.
