Jeannie Pauline Cavin was born in Georgia on August 21, 1946, the daughter of James Edwin Thompson and Pauline Tomlinson Thompson. She was a disabled veteran having served her country in the United States Army and had worked in the medical industry as an LVN. She had lived in Brownwood for most of her life. Never having any children she considered all her nieces and nephews as her own. They were her life.
Survivors include her special nieces Amanda Reynolds and husband Michael of Bangs, Paula Paskewitz and husband Curt, of Zephyr; nephews, Mario and Tommy Coleman of Brownwood. three sisters, Jonita Coleman of Brownwood, Juanita Cox and husband Jackie of Early, and Deanna Orr and husband Kenneth of Mt. Pleasant; She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Thompson and Pauline Templin.
