Bounce houses, inflatables, games, bingo and food means that it is once again time for the JB Stephens Elementary Fall Festival.
This year’s event will be Saturday, October 20 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. For the kids, there will be an assortment of games and activities, which will be manned by teachers, parents and students. In the past, games and activities have included the two-liter ring toss, face painting, karaoke, Country Cupboard and the duck pond.
For the adults, fifty-cent bingo will be available. Always a popular activity, prizes awarded during the bingo games will be items donated by area businesses.
Hamburger and hot dog meals will be available for purchase in the cafeteria at a cost of $5 per plate. Popcorn and drinks will also be available.Tickets will be sold, which will be used for taking part in the games and activities. If tickets are purchased at school prior to the end of school on Friday, October 19, the cost will be five tickets for $1. If tickets are purchased the day of the Fall Festival, the cost will be four tickets for $1.
The Fall Festival is sponsored by the Bangs Parent Teacher Club.
