SalazarJavierHarveyJavier “Harvey” Salazar, age 59, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Arlington, Texas on December 13, 2011.
 
He was born September 16, 1952 in Acuna, Mexico to Roberto & Maria Salazar. Harvey lived and worked in Santa Anna until moving to Arlington where he worked for Santa Fe Railroad until retiring. He attended Santa Anna school and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
 
Harvey is survived by his daughters Lori and husband Chris Hubbard of Grand Prairie, Andrea and husband Matt Holton of Grand Prairie and Jennifer and John Melton of Burleson; his parents Roberto and Maria Salazar of Santa Anna; brothers Jose and wife Kwan Torres of Odessa, Robert Salazar, Jr. of Fort Worth, Johnny and wife Delia Salazar of Santa Anna, Raul and wife Esther Salazar of Lubbock; sisters, Estella and husband Isreal Longoria Sr. of Santa Anna, Delma and husband Scott Sanford of Missouri City, Sylvia and husband Eddie Rosalez of Coleman, Norma and husband Pedro Silva of Santa Anna, Elvia and husband Jeff Rivera of Killeen; grandchildren Justin, Corbin and Miranda Hubbard, Brittney and Bryce Holton all from Grand Prairie and Landon Melton from Burleson and numerous nieces and nephews.  

Viewing will be Friday 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Wade Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Wade Funeral Home in Arlington Texas. Burial will follow at the Skyvue Cemetery in Mansfield, Texas. Pallbearers will be brothers Jose Torres, Robert Salazar Jr., Raul Salazar, nephew Johnny Joe Salazar, son-in-law Chris Hubbard and brother-in-law Jeff Rivera.
