Janelle Lee Walters, age 94, of Fort Worth went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 7, 2012. Services will be at 11 am, Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at Davis-Morris Funeral Home, 800 Center Ave. Visitation will be from 9 am to 11 am on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Thornton Cemetery, Thornton, Texas.
Janelle was born on January 30, 1918, in Thornton, Texas, to Jessie and Neta Meek Kilpatrick. She married Fred Walters on June 7, 1941, in Laredo, Texas. She was a member of the Brownwood First United Methodist Church and lived in the Brownwood area for 50 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Fredelyn Christian and her husband Duke, of Fort Worth. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred.
