Memorial Services for James Andrew Williamson, age 36, of Brownwood will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Cavitt officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
James went to his eternal home Tuesday, June 13, 2017. James was born to James L. and Jeanie (Lambert) Williamson on August 17, 1980, in San Antonio. He was 2000 graduate from Brownwood High School. James enjoyed playing the guitar, listening to music, and riding his bike. He also liked sitting on his porch and “watching the world go by”.
James is survived by his parents, James L. and Jeanie Williamson of Kerrville; sister, Mary Cornett and husband Justin of Houston; brother, John Williamson and wife Sarah of Inver Grove Heights, MN; nieces and nephews, Mary Kate, Harrison, and Charlotte Cornett of Houston, Eli and Naomi Williamson of Inver Grove Heights, MN; maternal grandmother, Bess Lambert of Kerrville; aunt, Maritia Blundlee and husband Paul of Port Arthur; uncle, Nelson Lambert and wife Liz of McKinney. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Blaine and Ruby Quirl; maternal grandfather, Roy Lambert; and uncles, Don Williamson Ray Williamson, and Joe Lambert. He is also preceded in death by William J. and Grace McCray, and Marcia K. Koehler.
