Jack McDaniel Jr. age 69 of Brownwood passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
Jack was born Dec. 21, 1941, in Fincastle, Va., to Jack and Berta Miller. On Dec. 28, 1978, he was married to Judy Fletcher. Jacks hobby and passion was buying and fixing up and restoring old trucks and then reselling them.
Jack is survived by his wife of 32 years, Judy Miller of Brownwood; his children, Angie Vonderheid and husband Brad of Austin, Pam McDaniel of Beaumont, Randall McDaniel, Frances Akers, Melissa Abbott all of Virginia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and brothers and sisters and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011, in the Jones Chapel Cemetery, with Pastor John Sterling officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Saturday afternoon, at Blaylock Funeral Home.
