Director of Public Safety & Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Howard Payne University Chief Paul D. Lilly will be the guest speaker Friday at the Brown County Republican Women’s monthly luncheon.
Chief Lilly will discuss “Community Oriented Policing” and what it means to the community.
The luncheon will be held on Friday, July 11 at the Brownwood Country Club. The buffet will open at 11:30 AM and the program will begin at noon. Cost of lunch is $12 per person to be paid at the door. The public is invited to attend.
