The Howard Payne University team participating in the Brown County Relay for Life on Friday, June 4, at Gordon Wood Stadium was made up of 10 faculty, staff and family members.

“Relay for Life is such an important event both for our local community and for the advancement of cancer research through the American Cancer Society,” said Dr. Julie Welker. “Most members of our HPU family have been affected by cancer in some way. I’m proud that our team members represented HPU at this significant event in our community.”
