Howard Payne University’s School of Music and Fine Arts will present a senior recital featuring Charles Skipping, tenor, on Friday, April 23, at 7:30 p.m. The recital will be in the Choral Hall of HPU’s Davidson Music Complex.
Skipping is a vocal performance major from Brownwood, graduating in May. He will perform selections by Bach, Beethoven, Ropartz, Mozart, Donizetti, Dvorak, Lara, Chapi and Embury.
