Howard_Payne_logosmallHoward Payne University will host three financial aid seminars this spring for parents of high school seniors. Glenda Huff, HPU’s director of student aid, will provide information on the financial aid process, with special emphasis on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There will also be an opportunity to ask specific questions at the end of the session.

The seminars will be held on January 20, January 27 and February 3. All seminars will be held at 6:30 p.m. The location for the events will be in the Richard and Wanda Jackson Conference Room located in the Paul and Jane Meyer Faith and Life Leadership Center on the HPU campus.

“It is our desire to serve our area 2011 high school seniors and their families by offering three opportunities for them to come to our campus and learn about the FAFSA,” said PJ Gramling, associate director of admission. “Regardless of the college or university choice, it is important for families to complete the FAFSA in order for schools to determine the amount of financial aid for which a student qualifies.”

The seminars are free and open to the public. For more information, please contact PJ Gramling in HPU’s Office of Admission at 325-649-8406.
