Howard Payne University celebrated December graduation on Saturday, December 11th. Ninety students had degrees conferred upon them by Dr. Bill Ellis, president of HPU. 88 of these graduates received bachelor’s degrees, one received an associate’s degree, and one received a master’s degree.
