Funeral mass for Guadalupe San Miguel Moreno, age 62, of Brownwood, will be held on Monday, April 4, 2016 at St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Greenleaf Cemetery under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 until 8:00. The rosary service will begin at 7:00 PM in the chapel.
Guadalupe passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 in Brownwood.
Guadalupe Moreno was born on December 8, 1953 in Olton, Texas to Adolfo and Guadalupe (Pesina) San Miguel.She is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law Adolfo & Olivia San Miguel of Minnesota; Julian & Ruby San Miguel of Minnesota; Homero & Maria Mendoza of Iowa; Jesse Mendoza of Brownwood, and Thomas Moreno of Brownwood; two daughters Gracie Mendoza of Atlanta, Georgia; Rosario & Patricia Mendoza of Atlanta, Georgia; Grandchildren Shane W. Mendoza, Homero, Jesse, and Selena Mendoza, Adilene, Andriena, Rogalion, and Isamari San Miguel; Victoria, Ana, and Jackelin San Miguel; great-grandchildren Genesis, and Alexander Montelongo; Emery Marie San Miguel; and one on the way; eleven siblings Francisca Sosa, Janie S. Flores, Olivia S. Vargas, Erlinda Colecio, Elena S. Vilma, Andrea Medina, Florentina Calsado, Bonnie Mendoza, Fernando San Miguel, Felipe San Miguel, and Gregorio San Miguel; aunts and uncles, JoaQuin, Jose, and Jesus Pesina; Juanita and Martha Pesina; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolfo and Guadalupe San Miguel, and by two brothers, Aurgliano and Manuel San Miguel.
