District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the October session of the Brown County Grand Jury, thirty four (34) indictments were returned against twenty-eight (28) persons.
The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s office also does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest.

Danny Ray Faulkner, Jr.: Three counts of Burglary of a Building, Escape, Theft of a Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance
Matthew Thornton Morrow: Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
Victoria Bernal: Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
Brandon Dale French: Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
Lowell Stewart: Aggravated Sexual Assault
