District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released indictments from the February 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury.   Murray said that 44 indictments were returned against 38 individuals in February.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Below is a list of the indictments released from the February Grand Jury session.

  • Donrae Hayes:  Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • James Melvin Sanford:  Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone/Repeat Offender
  • Charles L. Nickerson:  Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Amos Griffin Grice:  Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence – Repeat Offender/Habitual Offender
  • Billy Jack Salas:  Abandoning or Endangering a Child and Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Allan Edwin Bocknite II:  Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone and Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Randall Ward, Jr.:  Evading Arrest
  • Brandon Nicholas Martinez:  Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Autumn Bridgette Alexander:  Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • William Wayne Lewis, Jr.:  Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Mark Anthony Rivera: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
  • Christopher Nathan Yarbrough:  Three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and three counts of Indecency with a Child
  • Richard Nicholls:  Three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  • David Brian Reynolds:  Credit Card Abuse
  • Jerry Doyle Marney: Two counts of Unauthorized use of a Vehicle
  • Lisa Marie Little:  Endangering a Child and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in a Drug Free Zone
  • James Sherman Little:  Three counts of Endangering a Child and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in a Drug Free Zone
  • Melissa Dawn Sims:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
  • Jonathan Lee Reyna:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in a Drug Free Zone
  • Elmer Paul Lawrence:  Boating While Intoxicated – Repeat Offender
