DennisGrahamNatlRepDelegateAt this year’s Republican State Convention in Dallas held earlier this month, Brown County resident Dennis Graham was elected as a National Delegate.  The Texas Republican Party has the largest political convention in the world.   More than 15,000 Texas Republicans attended this convention.

Graham will be traveling to Cleveland, Ohio to attend the National Republican Convention in July. Texas State Delegates desiring to be a National Delegate are required to give a speech and following this, other State Delegates vote on who they want to represent Texas at the National Convention.

Graham stated he has been a life-long Republican and said “This has been a life-long dream of mine from the time I was nine years old. I feel very blessed and honored to represent Brown County and other Republicans from The Great State of Texas. On July 20th I will be celebrating my 65th birthday in Cleveland, Ohio on the convention floor, it doesn’t get any better than that.”

Graham and his wife Kimberly will travel to Cleveland mid-July.
