Brownwood News –  Governor Greg Abbott will make an announcement regarding Texas’ response to COVID-19 on Monday, April 27th at 2:30 pm at the State Capitol.  He is expected to outline the Texas plan to re-open the state following the shut down due to COVID-19.  His address will be broadcast on many online and television sources.
