Gerald L.C. Williams Sr., 81, of Bangs left this life on Friday May 17, 2013, surrounded by loved ones. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Davis-Morris Funeral Home in Brownwood. Burial will follow at Bangs Cemetery. Visitation was held on Monday at Davis-Morris.
Gerald was born on November 24, 1931. He was married to Lilly Jean Cheesman on December 9, 1950 in Brady.
Gerald is survived by two sons, William Caswell and wife Irene of Bangs and Gerald Williams Jr. of Bangs; two daughters, Betty Seals and husband Jim of Bangs and Barbara Lancaster of Bangs; 15 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death his wife Lilly Jean Williams ; daughter, Judy Ann White: son-in-law, Johnny Lancaster; grandson, Danny Coronado; great grandson, Skylar Seals; his parents, 8 brothers and 2 sisters.
