Emergency responders were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on FM 45, near the National Guard Armory on Friday afternoon.
Shortly after 4:00pm, a Ford pickup collided with a PT Cruiser, causing significant damage to both vehicles. The pickup sustained front-end damage and the PT Cruiser had damage to the front quarter panel on the driver’s side. According to law enforcement on scene, the occupants of the vehicles received minor injuries.
The south bound lane of FM 45 was blocked until the scene could be cleared.Texas Department of Public safety, Brownwood Fire Department, Lake Bridge Volunteer Fire Department, and Brown County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident scene.
