Frankie Ramsey Ballard, 76, of Brownwood passed away August 2, 2019.
A visitation has been planned for Sunday, August 4, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Heartland Funeral Home, 303 Early Blvd. Early, Texas.
A graveside service will be held Monday, 10:00 AM at Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood.
Frankie Williams was born November, 17, 1942 in Brownwood to Curtis Franklin and Rosetta Denton Williams. She graduated high school in Brownwood and married Dean Ramsey. The Lord blessed their union with two children. Frankie lost Dean early in life and was blessed to find another soul mate in Ernest Ballard. She worked for Texas Bank and JC Penney here locally. She was a loving wife and mother with an awesome sense of humor. She was very giving and a joy to have known.
Frankie is survived by her daughter, Connie Dayleen Lerma; son, Philip Darren Ramsey; sister, Dorothy H. Whisenhunt; 2 grandsons, Joshua & Matthew Ramsey; and her long-time companion, her Chihuahua, Gracie Lee.
Frankie was preceded in death by her first husband, Dean Ramsey; 2nd husband, Ernest “Cotton” Ballard; and brother, Billy E. Sharrock.
