Frankie was born on January 19, 1961 in Hugo, Oklahoma to Albert and Andrea Woodrum.  He grew up in Texas and lived in many places including Midland, Eastland, Weatherford, and in Brownwood for the last twenty years.  He had a great love of sports and the outdoors.  Among his hobbies were fishing, camping and playing video games.  Frankie coached youth baseball for eight years in Weatherford and Brownwood.  He influenced many young men with his love of baseball and great sportsmanship and was loved and well respected for these qualities.

Frankie is survived by his sisters: Roxie Brown and Jonna Burkes and husband, Jerry; a niece, Laura Brown McWhirter; his nephews, Joshua and Jay Burkes; great nieces, Sarah and Elizabeth McWhirter, Alexandrea Perez, and Chloe Burkes, all of Brownwood; his great nephew, Joseph McWhirter and wife, Erika of Lubbock; his long-time friend, Jonathon Davis of Brownwood; and his beloved cat, Buster.  Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Andrea Woodrum.
