Brownwood News – According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court. Judge Stephen Ellis presided.
Peter Acevedo, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced Thirty (30) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Stewart Grant Reynolds, pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Reynolds, pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Theft of Firearm, Burglary of a Building and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to Twenty-four (24) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Larry Caperton, pled guilty to two separate state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Donald Gene Gilbert, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to Twenty-two (22) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
