District Attorney, Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

  • Randy Lee Perkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentence to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further Perkins, on probation for the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle was revoked and sentenced to Twelve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Michael Wesley Johnson pled no contest to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to Seven (7) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Martin D. Fallon, III pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft over $1500 under $20,000-Aggregated and was sentence to Fifteen (15) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Rue Lee Terpening pled guilty to the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to Twelve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
