Brownwood News – According to Brownwood Police Chief, Ed Kading, a missing Brownwood teen has been found safe. “Since the report was made Thursday, the Brownwood Police Department has been investigating and searching for Celest Sandoval. At approximately 3:45 pm Friday, the 15-year-old was located in Brownwood with some other juveniles. She is safe and has been returned to her mother,” Kading said.
