Project Graduation volunteers from Zephyr, May, Bangs, Early and Brownwood schools are in the final planning stages for Big Country Ford’s Drive4UrSchool event to be held Saturday, September 29th at the Brownwood Coliseum.

The Event will begin at 9:00am and go until 4:00pm. Simply come take a test drive in a new Ford or Lincoln, and Big Country Ford and Ford Motor Company will donate $20.00 to the school of your choice for Project Graduation.

“It’s really a win, win, win situation for everyone,” said Thomas Scull, General Manager of Big Country Ford.  “We get a lot of exposure for our Ford and Lincoln products, people get to test drive a new Ford or Lincoln in a no pressure environment, and our area students get much needed funds for their Project Graduation event. We couldn’t have been happier with the results from last year, and expect this year to be even bigger”.

Registration and test drives begin at 9:00am September 29th in the Brownwood Coliseum parking lot. Each school will have booths set up with different funds raisers.

Kurt Newton, coordinator for the event stated, “There will be food of all kinds from brisket to roasted corn, sausage wraps, bake sale and school spirit items. We invite everyone to come out, enjoy the day, and help us raise money for this great cause.”
