District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Michael William Herweck pled guilty to the felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated, Bail Jumping, Failure to Appear and was sentenced to Eleven (11) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division on each case.

William Ray Carroll pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Ten (10) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Joshua James Burch pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Natosha Renaee Miller on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was adjudicated and sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Alfredo Fuentes Vasquez pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twelve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
