The children of Latch Key received a visit from the Brownwood Fire Department on Tuesday, October 8th.
The Firemen talked to the children about fire safety and let them tour the rescue unit and ladder truck. The children had the opportunity to get in and walk through the trucks as well as hold some of the equipment that is used during a fire.
The Arson Dog Nika was on duty and gave the children the chance to pet her before returning to classrooms.
