Brownwood News – According to Brown County District Attorney, Micheal Murray, felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.
Theodore Irvin Blaine, pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to Five (5 ) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
David Wayne Holland, aka Charles David Holland, pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Michael Scott Garms, aka Michael Scott Rogers, pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence -Enhanced and was sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
William Joe Bailey pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
