Susana Briley pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Briley pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Juan Luna Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jeffery Prescott Rivera pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft over $20,000 under $100,000 and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.Grady Lee Evans pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Gary Don Daniel pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
