District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Ruben Cadena pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Cadena pled guilty to the following state felony offenses Theft over $1500 under $20,000, three separate Forgery cases, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Cadena and was sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Alexander James Cole Gordon pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Dustin Wayne Lindley pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Lindley pled guilty to the state felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Melinda Kay Crosby pled guilty to the felony offense of Endangering a Child and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Tobby Bosquez pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
