District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Dustin Wade Marshall pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Marshall pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division and Marshal pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.Carlos Amado Gonzales pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
William Joe Bailey pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
