James Schlegelmilch pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 40 years, Texas Department of criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further Schlegelmilch pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Abraham Dancy pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Dancy pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Trequawin Elijah-Rasha Edwards, on probation for the felony offenses of Sexual Assault of a Child and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.
Johnny Lee Strickland pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Michael Melton, on probation for the felony offense of Theft over $20,000 under $100,000, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Travis Sloan Shaw, pled no contest to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Shaw pled no contest to two separate state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.
Julio Victor Torro pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Tristan Kyle Sudderth, on probation for the felony offense of Improper Photography or Visual Recording, was adjudicated and sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division. Further, Sudderth pled no contest to the felony offense of Improper Photography and was sentenced to 7 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
