District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Zachary Delarosa pled guilty to the felony offense of a Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Saxxon Holliday pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Marjorie Schneider pled guilty to three separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jimmy Lee Dudley, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offenses of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
