Butch Landon Spearman pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 32 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Spearman pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 20 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Carri Vickers pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 32 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Miguel Pacheco pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Pacheco, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Julian Gomez pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Ricky Valencia pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 11 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Justin Barnhill pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jimmy Walls pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Michael Stormmel Young pled no contest to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
