District Attorney Micheal Murray released the following information regarding felony cases recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Charles Dewayne Spivey pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Rachel Denay Burdett pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division
Brent Phillips pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
