Teddy Bryan Faries, on probation for the felony offense of Fraud, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher Brian Boyd, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Rebecca Elizabeth Hudson pled no contest to the felony offense of Fraud and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jonathan O’Donnell, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Chason Lee Franklin pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Franklin pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Jimmie Lee Crelia pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Chris Michael Hoffman pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 1 year, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Dwayne Scott Walker, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
