Jose Hernandez AKA Jose Irriaza pled not guilty to the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division; Theft over $100,000 under $200,000 and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division; the state jail felony offenses of Burglary of a Building and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Alfonso Hernandez AKA Alfonso Darden pled not guilty to the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division; Theft over $100,000 and Under $200,000 and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice; Institutional Division; the state jail felony offenses of Burglary of a building and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Immer Jonathan AKA Immer Perez AKA Immer Najera pled not guilty to the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division; Theft over $100,000 and Under $200,000 and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice; Institutional Division, the state jail felony offenses of Burglary of a building and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Lawrence Mood, pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Timothy Scott Richardson pled guilty to the felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Richardson, on probation for the felony offense possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Brent Allen Garvin, on probation for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Garvin, on probation for the felony offense of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Also, Garvin, on probation for the state jail felony offense of evading was adjudicated and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Christopher Cantrell pled guilty to the felony offense of aggravated sexual assault against elderly individual and was sentenced to 10 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Forrest Tyler Brown pled guilty to the felony offense of aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Brown, on probation for felony offense of burglary of a habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Also, Brown, on probation for felony offense of unauthorized use of a vehicle, was adjudicated and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Curtis Harrison pled guilty to the felony offense of injury to an elderly individual and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Harrison, on probation for the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Arthur Lopez pled guilty to the felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Joseph Deshawn Hodges pled no contest to the felony offense of indecency with a child by contact and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Tristan Tomme, on probation for the felony offense of driving while intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dustin Scott Atkins pled guilty to the felony offenses of assault family violence- enhanced and aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Atkins pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Kevin Barnes pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeromy Wayne Jones, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Mickey Ray Warren, on probation for the felony offense of forgery was revoked and sentenced to 10 month, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
